Sausage Cheese Gluten Free Biscuts

Decided to start Labor Day off with a new recipe since we are limited in what all we can do. We did a 1 1/2 batch so we had some sausage to much on while they cooked. 🙃 You can make these spicy or hot but with me having to stay close to fodmap friendly foods we went mild this morning. Pictures below the recipe. Enjoy

Recipe:

1 Packages Breakfast Sausage cooked

4 eggs beaten

1 cup gluten free or regular bisquick mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Make sure to cook sausage fully
Gluten free bisquick does make it a little thick
Feel free to make regular size or minis or both
